BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Description:
Generate business through an online freelancing portal like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. & social media.
Make Clients using LinkedIn and other online portals.
Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and meet targets on regular basis.
Interaction and explaining project requirements to the Technical team/ BA team.
Carry out project analysis & documentation considering the contemporary business environment.
Create all comprehensive proposal detailing and estimates etc.
Targeted business and revenue generation.
Need to interact with global clients over Phone/emails/Skype
Handle complete sales cycle.
Experience in Negotiation and Closing deals.

Excellent English, written, and verbal communication skills.
Effectively meet deadlines and troubleshoot issues while handling multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.
Ability to get the job done in time with a strong sense of urgency.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Strong team player, willing to learn and share the experience with other team members.
Demonstrates ability to learn quickly within a continually changing, challenging environment.
