• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the eLearning and training industry
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and key accounts
• Develop relationships with Learning & Development leaders, Training Managers, HR leaders, eLearning companies, instructional design firms, and corporate training departments
• Promote the company's eLearning development, localization, translation, voice-over, and multimedia services
• Conduct discovery meetings, client presentations, and solution demonstrations
• Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to prepare customized proposals, solutions, and pricing
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, RFP responses, proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Collaborate with project management and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the eLearning market
• Develop strategic partnerships with eLearning development companies, LMS providers, training consultancies, and corporate learning organizations
• Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events
• 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the eLearning, learning technologies, training, or localization industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of eLearning development services, instructional design, Storyline, Rise, LMS platforms, and training solutions
• Experience selling custom eLearning development, localization, translation, multimedia, or learning technology services
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong proposal writing, presentation, and communication abilities
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar systems
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales lifecycle
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
