• Manage end-to-end eLearning development projects from project kickoff through final delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and delivery plans
• Coordinate with clients, instructional designers, graphic designers, Storyline developers, multimedia specialists, localization teams, and QA resources
• Monitor project schedules and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Conduct project planning meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships
• Review project deliverables and ensure compliance with client requirements and instructional design standards
• Track project profitability, resource utilization, and operational efficiency
• Handle change requests, scope modifications, and project escalations
• Support business development teams during solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal preparation
• Implement and improve project management processes, workflows, and best practices
• Mentor junior project managers and project coordinators
• Generate project reports, performance metrics, and executive summaries for leadership
• 6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years managing eLearning development projects
• Strong understanding of eLearning development methodologies and lifecycle management
• Experience managing projects involving Storyline, Rise, Captivate, LMS integrations, multimedia production, and localization
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and project planning capabilities
